DIRECTOR, STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Megan has more than 15 years’ commercial and consulting experience spanning Australia, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. With a focus on business development, project management and stakeholder engagement across a range of sectors, including education, industrial and renewable energy, Megan has worked with small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and multi-nationals.
With extensive experience in greenfield projects, Megan has: been involved in the establishment and construction of a private university; overseen the construction, equipping and commissioning of a Maritime Simulation Complex and Aviation Training Centre; and undertaken planning requirements for a Renewable Energy Research Centre.
Megan has a proven track record in defining strategic vision, developing partnerships and building scalable frameworks for implementation.
Megan holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce and an Advanced Diploma in Teaching and Learning, along with professional certifications in Project Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
